I just wanted you to know how pleased we are with the garage door openers that your employee Sandy installed for us on Monday at 509A Springfield Way in Monroe, NJ.
Sandy did outstanding work, and he cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Before the installation, he pointed out two fraying cables that I had not noticed, and then he replaced them. He cleaned up a nest of wires from our old door openers and created a nice, neat installation. After the job was done, he went over everything with us, helped us program the remotes, and made sure we understood how everything works. The new equipment is surprisingly quiet and works very well.
Sandy was friendly and pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

Over the years we have had Colonial Doors do simple maintenance on our garage doors. Recently we had a more serious concern when one of our doors began to lower with a jerking motion- sometimes crashing to a close. The reason was not evident but the technician thoroughly and methodically evaluated every possibility. He was eventually able to identify a faulty pulley wheel, which looked fine but was defective. Once replaced we were back to normal! Thank you for the painstaking effort!

My garage door spring broke apart and I was unable to open the garage. The call for repair went out at 8 am and the installer was at my home by 10:30 am and we were back and running within an hour. The installer was great at doing the required job and he even pointed out that the garage door motor was on its last legs and to be prepared for it to fail at some time in the next couple of years.

Installers came on time and perfectly installed doors and openers for my basement garage and my detached garage. When the owner came to measure, he noticed my basement garage was not insulated and suggested an insulated garage door that cost a bit more for those doors but would keep the area under my kitchen and living room warm. He advised I did not need that insulation in the detached garage. I appreciated his honesty and suggestions. Very happy with their services.

Would like to say that Roberto did an EXELLENT job !. He was very professional, has indepth knowledge of the product he is installing and constantly checking and making sure it's working correctly. I am very glad we chose Colonial, they were recommended by my next door neighbor and I'm glad to have them and trust them in my home. Roberto went to the extreme to even sweep the garage floor to make sure there were no nails or debris that could cause any damage to my car.
